° CANDIDATE
To participate the exam "Vietnam In Motion", all photographers - both amateur and professional - who are living in and out of Vietnam Country, can send their Art-Works via Post Mail to 57 Truong Son street, Tan Binh District, HCM City or via Internet to website: http://www.is-tours.com. Any Art-Work passed the primary round will be hosted on this website, they must target to introduce the effort of Vietnamese people in the process of international integration on the fields of culture, economy, industrial science as well as sports. All your Art-Works must be highly appreciated.

° REGULATION
     - Color pictures, Black and White pictures with topics such as scenery, live life, sports, structure, still life…can be sent to us via post mail, email, and website.
     - Dimension:
       + Paper: minimum 13 cm x 18 cm - maximum 20 cm x 25 cm
       + Digital: minimum 1280 x 1772 pixels - maximum 1969 x 2460 pixels, image resolution should be 72 dpi or higher. Save each file as a separate JPEG file.
     - Candidate can send as many as he/she has - Each author should use only one alias or real name (ID name), and inform permanent home address, telephone number, email (if any) as well as the art-works' names. 
     - The art-works must be shot at the real moment of life. Any art-works using graphical software, filter, handed reshape will not be accepted.
     - The art-works have never been won any international or local prize.
     - Royalty will be paid to all exhibited art-works and the organizers have right to use them in the legal scope of their business.
     - If necessary, the positive film can be checked by Examination Board and the Author must guarantee for the authorize status of his/her art-works.
     - The decision of Examination Board is considered as the count-down result.

° EXAMINED TARGET
- All aspects such as the new vision, vivid description, strong emotion, technical quality are highly estimated.
- There are two awards:
   1/ The count-down result of Examination Board.
   2/ The vote of audiences through website.

° EXAMINED METHOD
- Primary Round: 200 collected art-works
- Final Round: 100 collected art-works and they will be exhibited and awarded.
- The organization board calculates all points for each photo elected vote by visitors. The winning award photos selected by the board shall get an extra reward as follows:
+ The first award photos will be plus 100% points of its total elected vote by visitors.
+ The second award photos will be plus 70% points of its total elected vote by visitors.
+ The third award photos will be plus 50% points of its total elected vote by visitors.
+ The encouraging award photos will be plus 30% points of its total elected vote by visitors.

- The third award: Vnd 2,000,000 including cash & gift
 01 set of Micro phone = Vnd 360,000
 01 watch of Weixin = Vnd 80,000 and cash

- The encouraging award: Vnd 1,000,000 including cash & gift
 01 set of Micro phone = Vnd 180,000
 01 watch of Weixin = Vnd 80,000 and cash

+ The award selected by visitors:
- The first award: Vnd 2,000,000 including cash & gift (01 set of Mircro phone, 01 watch WX and cash)
- The second award: Vnd 1,000,000 including cash & gift (01 set of Mircro phone, 01 watch WX and cash)
- The third award: Vnd 500,000 including cash & gift (01 set of Mircro phone, 01 watch WX and cash)

+ Quy chế trao giải thưởng:
- Tác giả có tác phẩm đoạt giải sẽ nhận giải trong buổi lễ phát giải tại TP. HCM.
- Tác giả đoạt giải ở các tỉnh xa ngoài khu vực TP. HCM sẽ được BTC chuyển gởi phần thưởng về tận nhà.
- Tác giả đoạt giải ở nước ngoài sẽ chịu phí vận chuyển hàng và giao hàng hoặc nếu có yêu cầu gì về giải thưởng, vui lòng liên hệ BTC.
